Digital Realty secures $350m in notes offering to finance acquisitions and expansion

American multinational Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR) has raised a US$350 million in new capital in the form of a public offering of senior notes due 2028.

The additional notes will be issued as additional notes under the indenture pursuant to which Digital Realty issued US$550 million also due 2028.
