JULIE TAN
Julie Tan has over 25 years’ experience in Asia Pacific HR, in particular Recruitment and Rewards.
Since leaving American Power Conversion in 2006, where she was Head of Compensation & Benefits (Asia Pacific), she has been providing HR services to clients in the areas of Recruitment and HR Consulting through her own company HR Exchange.
With a BSc. in Maths from the National University of Singapore and fluent in English and Mandarin, Julie became a Portman Partner in March 2020 where she now assists the firm in Executive and Leadership recruitment in the Digital Infrastructure sector throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Julie is a Recruiter listed with the Ministry of Manpower in Singapore and a Certified Management Consultant with TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd.
